The Environment Agency is divided into eight regions - Southern, Thames, South West, Midlands, Anglian, Wales, North West and North East. We are recruiting around 9 sponsorship students in the following location: North West, South West, Midlands and Thames. You'll need to tell us which regions are your first, second and third preferred choices on the online application form and we'll direct your application to those particular regions. However, if your chosen regions are no longer recruiting, we'll assess your application in relation to opportunities in other regions.

Each region has different challenges - so here are some brief descriptions to help you understand each area.
