Assessment Centre

The Assessment Centre will take place during February and March 2010. You will attend either a morning or afternoon in a North or South location, depending on your chosen location and availability. Assessment Centres are generally held at conference centres within easy reach of public transport.

The Assessment Centre will involve a capability based interview, written report exercise and a presentation that would need to be prepared before the day. All of which will be assessed by a selection of professional trained assessors.

You will be informed of your success one month after the Assessment Centre. If you are successful you will receive a verbal offer by the Graduate Recruitment Team, which will be confirmed by an Environment Agency Contract of Employment. You will also be encouraged to attend an onsite visit which will give you the opportunity to meet your line manager – this will not be assessed.
